Arrive at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding on Futoushan in the northern suburbs of Chengdu around 09:30. It is a demonstration project for the ex-situ conservation of giant pandas, with the main goal of protecting and breeding giant pandas, red pandas and other endangered wild animals endemic to China.

Leave the panda base at 11:30 for lunch and then take a vehicle to Leshan

Arrive at the Leshan Giant Buddha Scenic Area at 14:30 and take a boat to view the Leshan Giant Buddha. This is a wonderful tour that connects the past and the present and integrates nature and culture. The tour guide will be waiting for you at the assembly point.
